  • Executive Clothiers strives to provide exemplary customer service. While in store purchases include free tailoring, web store purchases do not. By purchasing items on this website the consumer agrees to be responsible for any and all fees related to alterations of the items. Executive Clothiers will gladly tailor any such items for a fee. Altered garments may not be returned under any circumstances.


  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Executive Clothiers ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Executive Clothiers ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Executive Clothiers reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier for your order. Please allow 10 - 14 business days for most orders to arrive at your location. Currently, orders totalling $250.00 or more will receive free ground shipping within the continental United States. Items may be made available for In Store Pick Up by entering coupon code: pickup, at checkout. We will contact you to confirm when your order will be ready for pick up. Executive Clothiers charges a flat rate shipping fee. Merchandise totaling under $250.00 will be shipped for $15.00, between $250.00 - $500.00 the fee is $25.00, $500.00 + the fee is $35.00.



  • Return Policy
  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in this site. Executive Clothiers reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Returns and exchanges on unaltered & unworn items will gladly be accepted with prior approval from Executive Clothiers via telephone or email, within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Returned items must be in their original condition and shipped back with the original tags & packaging in tact and a copy of your original sales receipt. The consumer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs except in the case of defective merchandise. Special orders on items not usually in our inventory will not be accepted for return. As always, our goal is your complete satisfaction with your merchandise and service.

  • Customer service is available as defined on the Contact Us page of this Web site. Our brick & mortar store hours are Mon, Tue, Thur: 10am - 6pm, Wed, Fri: 10am - 8pm, Sat: 10am - 5pm EST. Executive Clothiers is closed on Sundays. Any messages left on our voicemail service will be returned the following business day.
